Four Steps
General Steps for Account Recovery
Open your aq9 account page
This guide does not provide any external form; open the current Login section of the account page you use.
Match the number format
Check if +880 is already placed and write the registered number. Remove space or duplicate country code.
Submit with the Password
Match the keyboard language and characters, and submit once. Do not repeat the same mistake multiple times.
Follow the next steps according to the displayed status
For Password, OTP, number, or page-load error, follow the table below separately.
+880 number
Match the number format
If +880 is present, do not write the country code again. Space, duplicate prefix, or other SIM account lookup may fail. If copy-pasting, remove spaces.
If changing the number, check if the old registered number is needed for recovery before opening a new account.
Password Recovery
When using Forgot Password
If you do not remember the Password, stop repeated guessing and open the Forgot Password path. Providing the registered number may result in SMS or OTP verification. After receiving the code, create a new Password and write it the same way in the Confirm field.
After the reset is complete, do not try again with the old saved Password; use the new one. Update the old value in the browser password manager if it exists.
OTP
What to check if OTP is not received
First, check if the masked number shown in Login or recovery matches your registered number. Then check network signal, SMS inbox storage, blocked messages, and flight mode. If there is a resend option, use it once after a break.
If the code arrives but shows expired, request a new code and write only the latest one. Do not share OTP with anyone; there is no form for submitting OTP on this site.
